- 6+ years of post‑JD experience in M&A at a leading national or AmLaw‑tier firm.
- Substantial experience leading or co‑leading $50M+ technology‑focused M&A transactions.
- Strong background in sell‑side M&A, including drafting and negotiating merger agreements, SPAs, APAs, LOIs, and term sheets.
- Ability to manage broader corporate and ECVC matters as needed, beyond pure M&A.
- Comfort operating with high autonomy and minimal oversight in a dynamic, non‑traditional law firm environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building and leading a specialized practice area.
