An innovative AI software development startup redefining how enterprises deploy intelligent software agents is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success. The ideal candidate will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding and technical implementation to adoption, retention, and expansion, all while guiding the company’s transition to an agent‑first platform model. • Demonstrated experience at a startup or high‑growth B2B SaaS company, ideally with earlier individual contributor experience in customer‑facing or technical consulting roles.

  • Strong consultative and sales‑minded approach to customer success, with experience driving upsell, cross‑sell, and multi‑year renewals.
  • Ability to design and implement a modern, agent‑first customer success motion tailored to AI‑driven platforms, including data modeling, workflow design, and technical enablement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping processes without a playbook, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market leadership.
