Overview
A fast-growing healthcare AI startup is expanding its national footprint and seeking Territory Sales Representatives to accelerate growth across specialty clinics nationwide. This is a true full-cycle sales role where you will own your territory from start to finish, driving business development, building relationships, and closing deals that deliver real value to clinics and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales goals

  • Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, cold outreach, meetings, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing

  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, practice managers, and administrators

  • Communicate the company’s value proposition with clarity, transparency, and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding after each sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in high-volume, full-cycle roles

  • Documented track record of meeting or surpassing performance goals

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% (3–4 days per week)
