A fast-growing legal technology startup is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a disciplined, coachable, and curious professional with SaaS sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in sales. This role offers a clear path to advancement into an Account Executive position as you learn deal progression and strategic selling directly from senior sales leaders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Research target accounts to understand organizational structure, workflows, and pain points.
  • Lead discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess buying processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to learn sales strategies and deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and build targeted prospect lists using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outbound B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • A structured, repeatable prospecting process supported by strong fundamentals.
  • Proven success in high-volume environments (60–80+ calls per day).
  • Ability to articulate performance metrics, KPIs, and tangible sales achievements.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
  • A high sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and motivation to grow within sales.
  • Background in legal tech, fintech, compliance, or HR tech preferred.
