A fast-growing legal services company is seeking a Lead Paralegal to manage high-volume personal injury matters and support operational excellence across its partner network. This is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex casework, team coordination, and process improvement.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner law firms, providing consistent communication and case updates.

• Oversee a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through demand preparation.

• Lead and coordinate case management support across multiple functions, including medical records and police reports.

• Conduct daily case reviews, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Prepare and review demand packages for accuracy, completeness, and quality before submission.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of personal injury experience, with a strong background in pre-litigation case management.

• Experience managing 100+ active PI cases at once in a high-volume environment.

• Proven ability to serve as a trusted point of contact for attorneys and external stakeholders.

• Strong experience drafting and reviewing demand packages.

• Familiarity with case management systems such as Litify or Filevine is preferred.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working in an evolving startup environment.
