- 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with 2 to 4 years being the ideal range
- Hands-on experience with court appearances, motion practice, and taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting pleadings, managing written discovery, and negotiating at mediations and settlement conferences
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach
- A stable work history and current authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
