Banking and Financial Services Attorney
An Am Law 200 firm is growing its Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice in Atlanta, in northern Georgia. You'll work closely with two partners to advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, including payments, lending, debt collection, and mortgage servicing. Your work will include supporting regulatory investigations, strengthening compliance programs, and assisting with due diligence on financial services deals. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.
- 5–7 years of experience in banking and financial services regulatory and compliance work
- Experience advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on payments, lending, debt collection, and mortgage servicing
- Strong Am Law 200 or regional law firm background with a very stable work history
- Excellent legal research and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with clients and regulators
- Interest in practice development, including client alerts, industry presentations, and conferences
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
