Join the Banking and Financial Services group of an Am Law 200 firm in Grand Rapids, in western Michigan. You'll provide regulatory and compliance guidance to banks and non-bank financial institutions on topics like lending and debt collection. You'll also analyze complex statutes and assist with regulatory due diligence, supported by two partners. A competitive compensation package, including bonus, comes with the position.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulation and compliance
• Experience with payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience and a very stable work history
• Strong legal writing and research skills and sound judgment
• Willingness to contribute to client alerts and industry presentations
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
