Working with two partners, you'll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions and review their compliance policies and frameworks. You'll also analyze financial services regulations and help clients navigate state and federal regulatory matters. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
• Experience in lending, payments, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Experience with an Am Law 200 or regional law firm and a very stable work history
• Excellent legal research and writing skills with close attention to detail
• Interest in practice development, including client alerts and presentations
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
