An Am Law 200 firm is looking to add a banking and financial services attorney in Morgantown, in northern West Virginia. You'll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on compliance and regulatory matters and review their compliance programs. You'll also assist with regulatory investigations while working closely with two partners. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulation and compliance
• Experience in lending, payments, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience and a very stable resume
• Strong legal research and writing skills and good judgment
• Interest in practice development, including client alerts and presentations
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
