An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a regulatory attorney for its Banking and Financial Services group in Phoenix, in central Arizona. You’ll counsel banks and non-bank financial institutions on compliance and regulatory issues and review their risk management frameworks. You’ll also help with supervisory matters and regulatory due diligence, supported by two partners. A competitive compensation package, including bonus, comes with the role.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience in lending, payments, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm background and a very stable work history
• Excellent legal writing and the ability to develop practical solutions
• Interest in client alerts, speaking, and practice development
• Licensed in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
