Head of Customer Success Job Opportunity at a Healthcare AI Company in New York City, New York Job#16865175

A fast-growing healthcare AI company is searching for a Head of Customer Success to take ownership of its largest enterprise healthcare relationships, which are currently led by the CTO. You will manage five to seven strategic accounts, including specialty groups with 100+ locations and the potential for seven-figure contracts, and you will build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders (about 60 percent of the role). You will also mentor a team of about four Deployment Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers (about 20 percent), and sharpen the deployment and customer success playbooks as they move from early stage to a repeatable model (about 20 percent). Day to day, you will move pilots to go-live, shorten deployment timelines, protect account health and net revenue retention, prevent churn, and work with engineering leaders to resolve electronic health record integration issues. This is an onsite position in New York City with a competitive salary plus equity, and a great deal of contracted revenue still to unlock as you shape enterprise customer success at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in health technology.

Qualifications

  • Direct enterprise account ownership in customer success or deployments
  • 4+ years of enterprise customer success or deployment experience at a Series A to D startup, ideally in healthcare or health technology; larger companies are considered only for healthcare candidates who truly owned the relationship
  • Experience managing post-sales for technical products that require custom enterprise integrations, in healthcare or B2B software
  • Ability to quickly build personal relationships and trust with C-suite and executive decision-makers
  • Solutions engineering background (preferred)
  • 1+ year managing one or more direct reports (preferred)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder; no visa sponsorship is available
  • Onsite in New York City
