The role is ideal for a California-licensed attorney looking to expand litigation experience in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting. Responsibilities include handling court appearances and motion practice, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and settlement negotiations, assisting in trial preparation, and maintaining strong client communication.
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Paid medical insurance, including options with zero employee contribution.
