- BCBA certification or Master's degree with completed ABA coursework (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.
- Foreign language fluency is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing team communication, client advocacy, and administrative oversight.
