- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups, preferably in AI, SaaS, or deep tech
- Demonstrated success hiring across technical and GTM roles, closing 10–15 hires per year in competitive markets
- Experience building recruiting processes from the ground up at early‑stage companies
- Strong proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize key recruiting metrics
