- 0–2 years of legal experience, including candidates completing judicial clerkships
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Tennessee Bar admission or eligibility to waive into the Tennessee Bar
