Qualifications
- 0–2 years in a client-facing role such as consulting, business operations, implementation, or technical project management; recent graduates with standout internships are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience implementing software for enterprise clients (internship experience counts)
- Working knowledge of large language models, APIs, JSON, and SQL, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Background at a SaaS company, ideally in automation, logistics, or supply chain
- Polished executive presence and fluent, native-level English, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to juggle one to three accounts at once, each with its own timeline and requirements
- Knack for breaking complex processes into clear steps, requirements, and decisions
- Comfortable with a demanding schedule of 60–65 hours per week and short-notice travel of about 30%
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- A degree in computer science, engineering, math, or data is a plus
