You'll also run kickoffs, milestone check-ins, and executive reviews, and you'll help build the repeatable deployment playbook the company will rely on as it scales. Qualifications
- 0–2 years in a client-facing role such as consulting, business operations, implementation, product, or technical project management; recent graduates with strong internships will be considered
- Experience implementing software for enterprise clients (internships count)
- Working knowledge of large language models, APIs, JSON, and SQL, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SaaS experience, ideally at a logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or workflow automation company
- Executive presence and polished, native-level English communication
- Able to manage one to three concurrent accounts, each with its own timeline and requirements
- Skilled at breaking complex workflows into clear steps, requirements, and decisions
- Willing to work 60–65 hours per week and travel on short notice (about 30%)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- A technical degree or coursework in computer science, engineering, math, or data is a plus
