An Am Law 200 firm is expanding its Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice in Austin, in central Texas. You'll partner with two senior attorneys to advise banks and non-bank lenders on regulatory and compliance questions, including payments, lending, debt collection, and mortgage servicing. You'll also support regulatory investigations and help clients strengthen their compliance programs. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of experience in banking and financial services regulatory and compliance work
• Background advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on payments, lending, debt collection, and mortgage servicing
• Strong Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience with a very stable work history
• Sharp legal research and writing skills, with sound judgment and close attention to detail
• Interest in practice development, including client alerts and industry speaking
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
