Chicago is home to this Am Law 200 firm's growing Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice, in northern Illinois. You'll counsel banks and non-bank financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory matters and analyze complex financial services laws. You'll also assist with due diligence on financial services M&A transactions, working side by side with two partners. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
• Focus on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience with a very stable work history
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work directly with clients and regulators
• Willingness to help build the practice through client alerts and conferences
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
