A leading Am Law 200 firm wants an experienced regulatory attorney for its Financial Regulatory and Compliance team in Denver, in central Colorado. You'll review and enhance compliance programs and policies for banks and non-bank financial institutions. You'll also help clients respond to regulatory investigations and analyze new rules as they emerge. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory experience
• Hands-on experience in payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm background with a very stable work history
• Strong research and writing skills and the ability to develop practical solutions
• Interest in client alerts, industry events, and practice development
• Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
