Join the Banking and Financial Services group of an Am Law 200 firm in New York City. You'll work closely with two partners advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues. You'll also analyze complex financial services laws and assist with regulatory due diligence on M&A transactions. The role comes with a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
Experience at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm with a very stable work history
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Willingness to contribute to client alerts, panels, and industry events
Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
