An Am Law 200 firm is hiring a banking and financial services attorney in San Antonio, in south-central Texas. You’ll counsel banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters and support regulatory investigations. You’ll also assist with regulatory due diligence on financial services deals, working closely with two partners. The role offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of experience in banking and financial services regulation
• Hands-on experience with payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Experience at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm, with a very stable resume
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in client alerts, presentations, and business development
• Licensed in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
