An Am Law 200 firm is growing its Banking and Financial Services group in San Francisco, in Northern California. You’ll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions, including fintech companies, on regulatory and compliance issues. You’ll also analyze complex financial services regulations and support due diligence on financial services transactions. This position includes a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

5–7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance work
Experience with payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
Experience at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm, with a very stable resume
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Interest in contributing to client alerts, panels, and industry events
Licensed in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
