An Am Law 200 firm is adding to its Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice in Wilmington, in northern Delaware. You’ll counsel banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues and help them improve their risk management frameworks. You’ll also assist with regulatory due diligence and work directly with two partners. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.

• 5–7 years of experience in banking and financial services regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience in payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
• Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience and a very stable work history
• Strong legal research and writing skills and sound judgment
• Interest in client alerts, speaking, and building industry relationships
• Licensed in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
