Remote Labor and Employment Counsel
Remote Labor and Employment Counsel Job Opening Job#16862661
A top national management-side labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join as Counsel in a fully remote role. You will manage administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation matters for a diverse client base, including organizations covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). You will work closely with firm partners and a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals, with an emphasis on tactical case management and minimal in-person appearances. This position offers a competitive compensation package.
• 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
• Experience working with administrative agencies
• Hands-on litigation experience in federal and state courts
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing, with California bar admission
Because this role is fully remote, you can live wherever suits you, from mountain and coastal towns with year-round hiking, skiing, and beaches to cities with museums, dining, and music. Housing costs range widely, so your salary can go much further in a lower-cost metro or suburb than in a major coastal city. You will also have access to the school systems and universities in your area, and the job gives you a national law firm’s caseload and career growth without a commute or relocation.
