Engagement Manager - Remote
Remote Job Opening for an Engagement Manager who is US Based Job#16871482
A fast-growing, AI-native technology company serving enterprise commercial real estate firms is seeking an Engagement Manager to own executive relationships with some of the largest players in the industry and turn AI from a promising idea into measurable results. In this role, you will own two to three enterprise client relationships end to end as the primary executive point of contact, leading discovery work such as stakeholder interviews, process mapping, current-state assessments, and use-case prioritization, and delivering prioritized roadmaps, technical briefs, and success metrics. You will serve as the translation layer between non-technical business leaders and the engineering team, turning business context into clear, testable problem statements, then lead engagements from build through live deployment and adoption while measuring results against agreed success metrics. You will run executive meetings, produce polished client-ready deliverables, manage expectations with CEOs and leadership teams, and identify and sell the next use cases while building the playbooks that define how the company delivers. The role is remote for candidates based in the US, with travel of about 40 to 50 percent for client engagements. Compensation includes a competitive base salary based on experience plus equity.
