Strategy and Operations Associate
A fast-growing healthcare AI company is hiring its next Strategy & Operations Associate in New York City, a hands-on onsite role for someone who would rather build the playbook than follow one. As the business widens its footprint with healthcare providers, you will be the person who spots what is slowing the team down and fixes it, working across Growth, Clinical and Operations to untangle bottlenecks, clarify ownership and cut manual handoffs. You will run the company’s operating rhythm, own the metrics and dashboards leadership relies on, and team up with Product and Engineering to turn everyday operational pain into automation. Expect to write decision memos, build models and operating plans, lead cross-functional projects from problem to measured result, and support planning, forecasting and market research. The company offers a competitive base salary with equity, 100% paid employee health benefits and unlimited PTO.

- Hands-on builder experience, such as dashboards, models or operating cadences created from scratch, and partnering with Product or Engineering to automate manual work.
- A college degree is required.
